Gaye Ayton, MA, LMFT (Lic.#LMFT 33944)
Valuing one's authentic nature and the therapeutic relationship as primary, I enjoy working at deep/structural levels toward transformation and integration. My integrative and integral approach to working with clients rests on a foundation of psychodynamic psychotherapy which values and explores how conditioning from previous experience impacts our current perception, experience, behavior and relationships. From this, I integrate a variety of methods including hypnosis, EMDR,EFT (Emotional Freedom Technique), Compassionate Communication (NVC), East-West Psychology, Integral Psychology, Cognitive and Behavioral Therapy, Depth Psychology, Dream Analysis, Family Systems, Emotionally Focused Attachment Based Couples Therapy, DBT, Mindfulness, Meditation, MBSR, Voice Dialogue Internal Family Systems, Holistic Health Coaching and other methods in order to tailor the therapy to the individual's, couple's or family's specific needs. My practice is currently filled until 2019.
