Marnie Lucas, MA, LMFT (Lic.#LMFT87254)
Valuing the therapeutic relationship as primary, I enjoy working with clients at deep structural levels to promote insight into and integration of their inter and intra-personal relationship dynamics. This is a process that has, at its core, the goal of engendering ever more conscious, authentic and compassionate ways of relating to the self, others and the world in ways that facilitate genuine healing and intimacy. In order to forward this work, I pull on a variety of techniques and approaches tailored to fit the specific needs of the individual, couple or family, including psychodynamic, developmental and attachment theories, cognitive-behavioral, interpersonal neurobiology, voice dialogue, DBT, mindfulness, meditation, and compassionate/non-violent communication.
