Viktoria Byczkiewicz, MA, N/A (Lic.#)
I am a doctoral candidate in clinical psychology at Pacifica Graduate Institute in Carpinteria. From September 2016 to September 2017, I did 1000 hours of practicum training at the North County LGBTQ Resource Center in Oceanside, where I gained expertise in treating gender-fluid and transitioning clients and also supported their families.

From August 2018 through July 2019, I completed 2000+ hours of doctoral internship at the University of Arkansas in Fayetteville, where I provided individual and group psychotherapy, psycho-educational services, and conducted assessments, treating a variety of problems.

My dissertation articulates an archetypal theory of suicidality. I have extensive training in the depth psychological, psychodynamic, and existential traditions with a focus on insight and relationship. A trained mindfulness facilitator, I utilize CBT techniques as suitable. I bring to my practice a deep regard for authenticity and the unique narrative of each client.
