I offer therapeutic services with a holistic, relationship-oriented, trauma-informed approach.

As a General Practitioner, I have been working in the field of social work since 1993 in a variety of capacities, having a competency-based understanding of ecosystems, family systems, trauma, and Indian Child Welfare Act (ICWA) issues.

Proficient in strength-based, solution-focused, goal-oriented services, I offer skillful and supportive psychotherapy with the following: adjustment, anger, brief & crisis therapy, child abuse, chronic pain, communication issues, co-parenting, developmental, discrimination, divorce, domestic violence, education, family conflict, harm reduction, integrated behavioral health, life transitions, loss, motivational therapy, narrative therapy, numerous diagnoses, PTSD/trauma, racism, reducing symptoms, self-esteem, social isolation, stalking, stress management, women’s issues & more.

Referrals are pre-screened for suitability with telehealth.
