Mr. Steven supports families experiencing atypical development indicators by treating the symptoms of autism spectrum disorders and related developmental disabilities in individuals from birth through adolescence. He has conducted over 250 behavioral interventions across 3 states for both individual families and public institutions. In recognition of his service to our Spanish-speaking community as a Behavioral Health Board Vice Chairman, he is the 2019 recipient of the Humboldt County Department of Health & Human Services' "May is Mental Health Awareness Month” Community Service Award. His own Haitian-American heritage guides him in operating with the necessary cultural sensitivity represented by a Bachelor of Science Psychology and Certificate in Diversity from the largest university in the nation. As a Board Certified Behavior Analyst, his insights into complex behavior, and the dynamics of family law are blessed with an Infant-Family Mental Health Specialist endorsement by The California Center for Infant-Family & Early Childhood Mental Health; Sacramento, CA (2021).
