I am very happy to be back in Humboldt County after 8 years living and working in Los Angeles. It is truly a homecoming. I am also glad to rejoin the community of professionals helping others find fuller joy in their lives.

My approach to psychotherapy is strength based and client focused. Although my theoretical framework is psychodynamic, I tailor my approach to my client's needs and preferences. I am well versed in short and longer-term approaches.
I fully enjoy working with children, teens, and families. I am Certified in Parent-Child Interaction Therapy.
I am available for home visits and confidential teletherapy when that is appropriate.
