My practice is informed by systems work, an understanding of the way a person functions within the systems they are a part of. Therapeutic engagement is trauma informed and I work from a relational worldview. I believe you are the expert of your life and I will support an exploration of the areas of your life where you would like to see change. I provide information about development, trauma and neuroscience to build understanding and help uncover those areas of growth and change.

If any part of your world of feelings feels overwhelming or out of your control, I invite you to work with me to explore new ways of relating to the feelings you have. Feelings of anxiety, depression, anger, or other intense or intrusive feelings do not have to be in the driver's seat of your life. Let's find out what might feel more comfortable for you.
