I work full-time at the Eureka VA Outpatient Clinic, providing mental health services to Veterans and their families. I specialize in supporting clients to recognize and embrace their opposites, become free of limiting beliefs and behaviors, deepen their relationship with their own inner wisdom, and create and nurture deeper and more lasting relationships. I've received advanced clinical training in Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) Therapy, Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), Acceptance and Commitment Therapy (ACT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT) for couples, and Voice Dialogue. I am an EMDR International Association (EMDRIA) Certified Therapist.
