I have been working in social work since 1993 and am skilled in various methods so that counseling can be interactive, engaging, & reflective. Commonly I use CBT, DBT, EFT Tapping, Narrative Therapy, Motivational Therapy, Brief Therapy and more, working from a holistic, trauma-informed, attachment theory background.

As a Generalist Practitioner, I can help with a wide range of concerns with an emphasis on trauma-informed care. I have a special interest in healthy relationships and life satisfaction with no "preferred population" or "issue" served over another (ages 18 - 150), offering confidential encrypted telehealth psychotherapy from the safety of your own home or smartphone. Appointments are judgment-free conversations examining how life has unfolded for you and how you would like for it to be different. While I use a variety of methods to suit the situation, sessions are conversations, and your preferences for any discussion are always considered. My way may not be your way. Referrals for better-suited services will be offered including the benefits of Life Coaching. Due to the commodification of psychotherapy, extra efforts have been made to protect your information, including offering a sliding-scale payment option where your insurance, medical services, or others do not need a diagnosis in order to meet "necessity of care" standard.
