Welcome! I am a licensed Marriage and Family Therapist in California (#95522). I have been in Carework for 17 years overall and I have been providing therapy for over 10 years! I started as a Nanny to a disabled child during college, and went on to start my clinical career in 2011. Since then I have expanded my practices beyond psychotherapy, but still maintain an active caseload and a passion for delving into the worlds of my clients.

I did my undergrad in Philosophy & Religion, and my Masters in Counseling, both at San Francisco State University. Over the years I have done some trainings that have become integral to my personhood and practices. These include Resmaa Menakem’s two-year formal Somatic Abolitionism Training Program for Therapists, and most recently, the Integrative Psychiatry Institute’s Psychedelic Assisted Therapy Training Program.

My practice is antiracist, LGBTQIA+, sex/kink/polyam, fat, trans, first gen, neurodivergent affirming.
