One of my roles is to facilitate the building and maintenance of a safe and trusting therapeutic relationship, which allows for a truly collaborative approach to our work. My theoretical orientation is eclectic and I utilize a range of techniques and interventions to address the unique situations of each individual client or client system. What remains a constant in my work is a respectful and client-centered stance which uses and enhances clients’ existing strengths and resiliencies in the journey towards an improved sense of well-being and purpose.
I enjoy working with a broad range of presenting issues and with people of all ages. Although I am not seeing young children due to my services being provided solely via telehealth currently, I do enjoy supporting parents through their child-rearing journey.
