I am a licensed marriage and family therapist and expressive arts therapist. I utilize somatic interventions (body focused), arts and mindfulness practices to encourage healing and understanding from many facets. I use a wide range of arts practices including visual arts, stories, guided imagery, movement, poetry and journaling. Through playing with image metaphor and stories, I walk down the path towards whole-hearted living with you. I use a wide variety of interventions from many different theories and practices including person centered, psychodynamic, attachment theory, motivational interviewing, and ACT. I work with adults and adolescents, individually and in group settings. I support people addressing PTSD, developmental trauma, anxiety, depression, life stage issues, identity and relationship issues.
