I (she/her/hers) work with transition aged youth (14-24), adults and seniors. I want to see people who need help with making decisions, dealing with the past, and accepting self care into their own lives.

My specialty is childhood trauma, those with anxiety, depression and bipolar disorder. I also am gender-transition friendly and both part of, and an ally for all LGBTQIA matters.

I truly believe that each and every one of us can benefit in some way from having a no-judgement, unbiased person who has no knowledge of our circumstances to talk with, vent with and bounce ideas off. Those of us suffering from past or current trauma responses need someone that we trust, who will not betray our confidence, to help work on our issues.
