Therapy is a place to tend to wounds and heal suffering which keeps us from being fully present to ourselves, our relationships, and our individual sense of purpose and meaning.

In working with clients I focus on building a safe and collaborative environment for processing emotions, deepening awareness and insight, and building skills to integrate this awareness into lifestyle and relationships.
