I have been a licensed marriage family therapist for over 20 years. I work with adults (individuals and couples) in the midst of life changes and personal transformation. My areas of interest are dreams, archetypal psychology, soul work, mindfulness, behavior modification through techniques focused on changing the patterning of our brains. I encourage working with imagery, writing, insight through talk therapy and other techniques for growing awareness that can create change. I work with depression, anxiety, PTSD, stress management, relationship issue and the general ups and downs of daily life.
