While we're all human, no two people are exactly the same. I tailor the therapy I provide to match the unique needs and preferences of each of my clients. The theories I draw from the most are EMDR (EMDRIA trained), Acceptance & Commitment Therapy, Internal Family Systems, and Dialectical Behavior Therapy. I also have specialized training in Cognitive Behavioral Therapy for Insomnia.

For those with insurance outside of partnership, I'm able to provide superbills, though it would be up to the client to pay in full and then seek reimbursement from their insurance provider.
