I support parents to use Parenting by Connection tools to develop solutions and skills that increase their bond with their children and address children’s behavioral problems. The strategies we develop together assist parents to release emotional blocks, build their connection with their children, think more clearly about what they want and take steps to achieve their goals for their children. I am only accepting new clients for my 6 session telehealth brief therapy program focusing on attachment based Parenting by Connection Setting Limits Tools, psychoeducation, skills building and emotional release. I am semi-retired, so I keep an ongoing wait list for parents and other caregivers who are interested in these sessions. I am also happy to provide online resources for parents who are interested in these strategies. I have a diverse theoretical perspective including Parenting by Connection, Brief Therapy, Strengths Based Solution Focused Therapy, Parent Child Interaction Therapy (PCIT) and Re-evaluation Counseling.
