We use multiple different therapy approaches including: EMDR, Neurofeedback, Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Internal Family Systems,Theraplay, and play therapy, which treats individuals who have experienced trauma, Disrupted Attachment, Anxiety, ADHD, Autism Spectrum Disorders, and depression just to name a few.
