I have been practicing the art of psychotherapy for more than 15 years. I enjoy working with couples and use an attachment based focus, such as emotionally focused therapy and internal family systems.

I offer parenting education. Using a straightforward approach, I teach parent's how to communicate with their children through the simple act of listening. Children who feel heard are more willing to trust and therefore share their thoughts and feelings. I work with families that include both young, adolescent and adult children.

In addition to working with parents and families, I also work with individuals. I use Emotionally Focused therapy to treat depression, anxiety, post traumatic stress disorder, adjustment disorder, and many other mental health disorders. I believe that each individual is capable of resolving the perceived barriers to living their best lives possible.

In addition to psychotherapy, I also offer clinical supervision for graduate and post graduate students.

In order to make changes to emotional health, we must be willing to endure emotional discomfort. We must therefore release our perceived sense of security and be willing to be vulnerable in order to experience a sense of serenity. It is an honor and a privilege to help others achieve emotional bliss.
