I work with my clients to address a wide range of mental health and life challenges, addressing patterns of problematic behavior. I have extensive clinical training in a range of therapeutic modalities including somatic approaches, group therapy, trauma treatments, DBT, harm reduction, and substance use treatments. I am currently in ongoing multi year training in character analytic and somatic psychotherapy. The ultimate goal of therapy is improving functioning in life activities and quality of life.
