Having worked in the clinical field as a therapist for 35 years I have had the privilege to provide various services to individuals and families. My style is to meet the person(s) where they are at and be a partner with them in their process as they navigate life or a specific situation. I believe in providing a safe space for the person(s) to process on their own time in their own way.

My training was in depth work. I provide both long-term and short-term work and find that a shorter solution focus can be quite beneficial. I work out of the country once a year for three months providing support and consultation to our military families overseas.
