In a comfortable and supportive environment, I offer a highly personalized approach tailored to my client’s varying needs. I work collaboratively with each client with an emphasis on providing tools that foster self exploration, healing and personal growth.
I particularly enjoy helping client’s overcome obstacles that lead to painful relationship issues and patterns. Together we delve into family of origin work to better understand how unmet childhood needs become our deepest triggers that get re-enacted, and keep us from getting the love we want. Client’s learn how to respond verses react to their trigger’s, which greatly enhances our relationship to self and others. For deeper trauma related work, I also provide EMDR sessions.
I work with Adults, couples, Adolescents and families. I treat various issues such as: relationship issues, marital discord, trauma, anxiety, depression, grief, stress management, adjustment disorders, and emotional regulaiton issues.
